IT Support Engineer

We are looking to expand our IT support portfolio with you!

We need cheerful and responsible person to join this team:

• End user support on IT desktop requirement

• Including their mobile devices

 

Fresh graduates are welcome! Show us your energy, you must have strong interest in computing, electronics and interaction with people.

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide IT Desktop support & OS administration

• Communicate with and manager end users effectively in their daily IT support

  needs

• Manage IT assets and coordinate with suppliers/vendors on assets

  replacement and updates

• Manage service request and independently resolve end-user issue raised

​

Secondary responsibilities:

​

• Assist infrastructure support team with server maintenance and network support

 

This is a position for entry level folks who have the drive to learn advance enterprise system which we will provide guidance on the job or e-learning.

Our objective is to provide you a platform to upgrade to a System Engineer if you have the drive.
